Heat Pump Soffit mounted unit installed in a condo with condenser unit on the roof
An outdated HVAC system prompted the upgrade to a high-efficiency heat pump in a residential home in Rancho Bernardo, California. We removed the old gas furnace and AC unit, installed a new variable-speed heat pump tailored for optimal performance, conducted ductwork sealing, and integrated a smart thermostat for enhanced control and efficiency. The new system is Title 24 compliant and offers energy savings year-round.
I got estimates from 3 other companies, two of which was utterly ridiculous to install a 1.5 ton unit on the roof of a two story condo. A crane was out of the question for a few reasons. I couldn't believe all three just left me hanging and never got back to me as they were trying to figure out a way to do the lift. I then made a post on Nextdoor for suggestions and someone from G&G Indoor Air contacted me and said they could do a lot better. I am so thankful they reached out to me as I was on a time crunch to get this done as I was about to put my place on the market to sell.
Before contacting them I reached out to another 3 places and then decided to just give G&G a call and knew right off they were the ones I wanted to hire.
They got the unit on the roof with little effort. Then, the two guys who did the work did an a job. I was very impressed. Both were very pleasant and helpful.
Without a doubt, I can highly recommend this company. There quote was very reasonable compared to the $10 to $12k that others quote. It shows they care about the client and not just into it for the money.

An outdated rooftop heat pump condenser unit and indoor air handler had become inefficient and unreliable. We promptly removed the old units and installed a high-efficiency heat pump system, significantly improving HVAC performance for the multifamily residence. This upgrade not only enhances comfort for the residents but also promotes energy savings.
The company was extremely professional and was able to get to our job right away (same day) and completed the job in two days. This helped us to get the condo on the market right away.

This company has truly been a lifeline! They arrived promptly and identified the issue on the first visit.
